“DJ and Ashley are the principal therapists and owners of family run Somatic Healing. Both my husband and I booked sessions with DJ because of our schedules. As a former professional athlete I've had 100's of deep tissue massages and DJ ranks at the top! He is well versed in the structure and musculature of the body and his instincts and techniques addressed my issues perfectly. He can literally "see with his hands" noting where the tension is located and easing it without any guidance from me. I personally am always interested in how the muscles attach and fan out to joints in the body and DJ offered excellent explanations that helped me understand what was going on and why an area might be impacted even though it wasn't the location of my discomfort.
