Great to deal with, from first phone call, ordering, followup questions, and delivery/setup of washer & dryer. Brandon and Jonathan, who delivered and set up, were amazing.
Edit: we've had some problems with the appliance we bought from them, manufacturer's fault, not Haywood's. And Haywood was super on-the-ball in dealing with the warrantee work that was needed, which stretched out across multiple issues and repair visits.
Delivered and installed a new dishwasher. Removed old dishwasher, cleaned up the work area, tested appliance and tested for leaks. Gave an explanation of operation and made sure all was well before they left. Very careful not to damage floors, cabinets or dishwasher. Very please with the installation job and the punctuality of the two installers - Brandon and Todd. The purchase of the dishwasher was a few weeks ago and it could not have been better. Very informative sales staff and fair price in our opinion. Love doing business locally.
Extremely helpful in helping you find what you need. Good selection of appliances to choose from. Looking forward to our house being completed so that we can have everything installed.
