As their client, this was a horrible experience. I explained on the phone that I had a broken tooth which would need a crown. I was given an emergency appointment the following week where I expected to get a temporary put on. The only thing I got was verification that I needed a crown and that before they would do anything they had to make sure of my insurance and to come back in 2 weeks. I was there maybe 15 minutes and did not see a dentist. When I expressed my concern to not get a temporary crown at this appointment I was accosted with the most unprofessional attitude and told repeatedly that I could take my business somewhere else, this escalated into my going on... read full review

Tammy was is An exceptional hygienist. She made our boys and myself feel right at home. She went above and beyond with my son and went over everything step by step. She gave me more information than I've ever been given with any other dental practice. Dr. Wyatt has excellent bedside manner and is thorough and professional. He made us feel like family. Dr. Wyatt and Tammy make a great team and I have been very impressed with the staff as a whole at this practice. The building itself is comfortable and well-decorated. Deception and cheating are becoming more commonplace and this business is no exception. They are unethucal and motivated by greed. Imagine an elderly patient whose only income is Social Security. He scrimped and saved in order to get his dentures relined by this dental office. Over $900.00 later, his denture fit is still very poor and his bank account even poorer. He was overcharged and received substandard service. A follow up call to this office did not even rate an apology.
