Red Nails

On Thursday Dec. 09, 2022, I went to Red Nails on 701. The only person that was in was Cindy. As usual she said manicure and pedicure? I said NO, only gel nails.I have always paid $35 for gel nails before covid. During covid, they went up to $45. On yesterday after Cindy started with my nails, she said today you pay $50. I asked her why? She went on to tell me her husband makes $30/hr. doing construction work. They have everything paid for. She said read sign, trim nails, gel polish and you wait over three weeks to come back. So, Cindy charged me extra for waiting over 3 weeks to go back for gel nails. Cash only - not every one sees the signs which makes for payment problems. I was told $30 for a pedicure. When time to pay I was told it was $33 because I had too much dead skin. That's part of a pedicure and if it takes 30 second per foot, it's not 'too much'. I don't appreciate being charged extra after a service was quoted and performed. Customers are permitted to steam things on their phone at full volume, which causes the owners to shout to each other in their own language, which makes it sound like a carnival in there.Services: Manicures
