I just want to say that I have never been to a vet that is as wonderful as Caring Hands. Dr. Henry is absolutely amazing. He is so kind and patient and truly cares about not just your pet but you as well. I had to put my sweet Sarah to sleep today, and I just want to say thank you, Dr. Henry and to ALL the staff for being so kind! ?
I cannot express how great this animal hospital staff is. Last week I was out of town and my wife let me know our German shepherd was acting a little odd, after taking her into Caring Hands they let her know what the issue was and were caring and honest about the chances of surgery working out in her favor. After some discussion it was decided that it was in her best interest to be laid to rest. I was not able to be there for any of this but Dr. Graham and the staff on hand were very sweet and nurturing towards my wife through the whole process. I have to say that they have made a customer for life with the way they handled such a delicate situation.
Really seemed to care about the health of my kitten I brought in, i’m new to the area and she was very very sick, extremely anemic had fleas and a double eye infection. Their care for the animals and owners really shows and the baby is healthy and playing like a normal kitten now, thank you for saving her life!!
