A good friend who has had long experience with Swaim recommended them to me when I commented that I had been getting unsatisfactory service on my Generac generator. Sam arrived promptly , evaluated my generator, explained clearly what he was doing and why, sorted out the considerable messes made by the previous company, and got my equipment up and running in no time. He also performed the standard maintenance service. With Sam's expert, efficient work, I have confidence my Generac is ready for the coming winter season. Our technician, Ian, was super. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Very courteous and didn’t mind working in the rain. Great job! Thanks bunches! Would recommend Swaim to everyone. Also, it was nice to talk to a real person (Amber) when I called the office. Super helpful and patient.
