What a great guy Scott B is. This cheerful fella came out in the cold & rain, went and set up a tank tarp outside - to walk us through the operations of our new generator, transfer switch, and cell app. He stayed so eager to ask if we had additional questions which made it feel so confirming. Love it when we meet these essential service professionals. They are the real salt of the earth and the backbone of our survival (and sanity). Thank you for sending him our way

We recently decided to install a whole house generator. After contacting Generac I was contacted by two companies, one of which was Swaim Electric. After comparing quotes and talking with both representatives we decided to go with Swaim over the other much larger and more widely known company. From the initial contact made by Andy to the ladies in the office (who handled the scheduling of the install and inspections, pulled permits, registered our generator with Generac). The install team did a beautiful job and left everything very neat and tidy. Gary just completed our generator service. Explained everything he did in detail , asked if we had any problems or concerns. Called and left voicemail when he was on the way to our house. Arrived when he said he would. Completed service in a timely fashion. Good employee to have.
