“Everyone I encounter at this facility is wonderful, kind, and attentive. HOWEVER ... The hell that is your phone system has caused me more pain than some of the reasons I visit! Just now, after listening to the same super-long (and, for me, useless) phone message multiple times, you guys hung up on me three times without me speaking a word! I needed a quick answer to what I should do for the unexpected deep pain and stiffness after getting Durolane injections, not wait two days for a "portal" message to be answered, especially since I apparently have to change my password every dang time I try to use the portal! I just spent 13 minutes doing that. Frustration increases pain exponentially.“
