“They do WINDOWS!!We've wanted to replace the original wood windows in our home for quite a while. We've had several quotes, one that was ridiculously high, and one who told me the inside molding around my windows would be damaged from the work!?I was referred to Mid-Atlantic by another company who is doing work on our home. I phoned and got an appointment for just a day or so later. The salesman Kirk didn't give us a sales pitch - he listened. Then he measured and gave us a price for the windows we wanted. Done deal!The windows arrived last Friday and the install was set for yesterday. The installation crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Mike, Dave, and Doug were pleasant, efficient, and respectful of our property. Kirk came by in the morning and afternoon to see how things were progressing.To say they all went above and beyond on this job is an understatement.I now have beautiful, easy-care windows that work and at a price I didn't think possible.We will be spreading the word about Mid-Atlantic. “Troy and his staff helped us with a small gutter project on the north side of W-S and did an amazing job. Jillian( the office manager) assisted us from start to finish and did incredible. The communication from Jillian , the onsite supervisor, installer and Troy himself was amazing. We had a minor misunderstanding about what was supposed to be replaced and the company stepped up and absorbed the extra cost and made us a customer for life.
