I moved into my grandparents old house a year and a half ago after having rented it out for decades. It was in terrible shape and I needed LOTS of help. I found Phillip and sent him a mile long wish list of things I wanted done over the next year. And he's been able to accomplish them all, plus some! He's extremely reliable, skilled at just about everything, helpful, kind, and cares so much about getting everything right so he can be proud of the work he's done for you. Highly recommend!
