My old mercury fillings were causing me problems with my overall health, so my doctor recommended Dr. Wynne at Carolinas BioHealth Dentistry. I am always hesitant to go to someone new, however in this case I was so glad I did. When you arrive, you are welcome by Dawn the office manager with her big smile. Next comes Megan, the assistant to Dr. Wynne. Megan is awesome, she is friendly and smart. Dr. Wynne pops in and lets you know what he is going to do and answers any questions you might have. Great group of people, good staff . Dr Wynne was upfront about what needed to be done about my teeth , came up with a treatment plan . I am ascared of dentist for various reasons, they were so nice and comforting when I started going to them. The staff was sooo good , from the receptionist to the dental assistants , I would recommend if you are new to the area looking for a dentist, this is a great place to go to. As a scale if 1-5 , I would give them a 4.5.
Dr. Wynn and staff are extraordinarily polite, professional, and proficient at what they do. I entrusted Dr. Wynn to a multi year plan with my teeth, and the experience was as pleasant as having dental work done can be. I never considered not seeing the plan through to completion.
