UNC Urgent Care at Flowers

The office staff, nurses and the doctors who have ever helped me have always been kind and helpful. I have never experience a long wait. The save your spot option is great but reading some other reviews, I’d remind people it isn’t an appointment.

My visit today was quick, easy, and helpful. Everyone from the staff at checkin, the nurses, to Tansy, the PA I saw were extremely nice. I would suggestion, going online, making an appointment, and filling out everything you can before your visit. I always pay in the office but do everything I can online to save time when I’m there.

I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I needed to get some stitches for a laceration. I called ahead and the staff were very friendly. I got checked in and was taken back within 10 minutes. Care was great I will be coming back again.
