It's always a bad sign when you are informed that the facility is understaffed. That's the excuse they use for not paying attention to patients.The facility is lovely. The food is substandard. The attention from nurses is bare minimum.My elder was there for three weeks and we took her home because they were doing so little for her.

I don't often write a review unless I feel strongly about a service, experience or product. I cannot express how incredible the entire staff was while our father was in rehab at Springbrook. From his daily care, to the nursing and therapy staff, his social worker Joy, and the administrative personnel, he was treated with respect and compassion. They also worked tirelessly with our family to ensure we had everything we needed to carry on Dad's life outside of rehab and helped make his transition from rehab very easy!

My mother is currently staying at Springbrook for her rehab after her hip replacement surgery. This place definitely deserves 5 star review! We applaud for the professional, caring, and attentive service she receives.The Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists come everyday to take her for exercise according to her recovery level. They often encourage her to do more if she can tolerate.The CNAs and nurses come on time to give her medicine everyday, and they respond to ring pretty quickly.Private room has a roomy bathroom and the room is equipped with a couch, chair, dresser, nightstand, etc.My mother feels the staff members truly care about her recovery, and the...read full review
