Springbrook Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a facility that provides both short-term rehab and long-term care. It is a clean and nice establishment with a caring and professional staff. The facility offers great rehab services, and for those requiring long-term care, it strives to create a home-like and uplifting environment. One patient, a 95-year-old man, had to move to Springbrook after a stroke and a mild heart attack. He initially went there for rehab but eventually required long-term care. Although he initially wanted to return home, he grew to appreciate the staff and the care they provided. His family is thankful for the competent and caring staff, particularly a nurse he fondly calls "Mary." However, there have been concerns about understaffing. One family had to take their elderly relative home after three weeks due to insufficient attention from the nurses. Despite the substandard food and occasional issues with understaffing, the therapy and nursing staff, as well as the social workers and administrative personnel, have received high praise for their dedication, respect, and compassion towards patients and their families.
