We have been using 'Pappy's Heating and Air Inc' for at least 5 years and we have never had any service company and personal with knowledgeable as good. In the past we did have service from other Heating and Air companies, but they were not only disappointing, but seemingly mainly interested in addition profits and services. The companies were only interested in selling us new equipment and additional services even if the equipment and additional services were not really required. 'Pappy's' is not like that. Fantastic service! Our system wasn't blowing air, came out the next day and fixed it for us! Brian was on time, very polite and he literally tip toed around so he wouldn't wake the baby! From initial phone call to service and repairs this was easy, smooth and pleasurable experience. We WILL NOT call anyone else for hvac repairs. Pappy's heating and air 10 star review! You'll be happy if you call pappy! Highly recommend!

Called a little over an hour prior to appointment time and said he was running ahead of schedule, would it be ok to come early....for sure, by all means! Turned out to be a loose connection and a minimal charge which I was grateful for as we have all dealt with those that would have been glad to take advantage of that situation. On time, competent and honest, can't ask for much more than that.
