We started recently using Pappy's Heating & Air for our Generac Generator. We had an error code show up. They came out, fixed it and were on their way. Truly good down to Earth people

Brian and Justin came to our rescue after we arrived home late from vacation one evening with no a/c ! We called at opening of business the next morning, and they had an opening and were able to come diagnosis and fix the problem for us that day ! Professional, on time service ! We definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling needs and will be using using them again when needed ! Thank you!!!

Just wanted to say that Brian and Justin are wonderful to work with. They had given me three options when my upstairs unit went out and once I decided they had it ordered and set up install date immediately. Brian also helped me with making sure we had heat while the new unit was ordered. Both Brian and Justin were professional, and made sure to respect my home while working inside and out to get my unit switched out. I will be ordering my downstairs unit from them in a few weeks and would highly recommend Pappys to anyone looking for a great HVAC company that will work with you to get you the best options when you have any issues.
