What an absolute joke of a company. I believe the only reason they are in business is because the builders prefer cheap! 2.5 years in our “new” house and they have yet to fix our cabinets.

Salt Lake City Area: We are so frustrated and angry about the flooring. The first install of LVP started to come unglued all over the floor the day after install. The workers finally showed up 1 1/2 hours late to fix floor and were trying to fix it with a blowtorch and a little bottle of glue. After spending time trying to fix each plank, it was decided that the flooring needed to be ripped out and new flooring be put down. In the process of tearing out the flooring, a lot of the OSB was ripped off. Their solution to fixing it was to use dry concrete mix and water and skim coat it over the OSB. In this process, they had to scrape the excess concrete and lose OSB up to level the floor. Instead of using a shop vac to remove this excess debris, they used a broom and a dust pan. The cloud of concrete dust kicked up by sweeping, was unbelievable. They had to do this process twice. Needless to say, I now have concrete dust all over our home. There was no attempt to cover anything with drop cloths. It is on everything. They were also not careful with the glue. There is glue residue on our front door knob, both sides, as well as the threshold. We now have to wipe down and clean everything. The owner or manager (not sure which) of this company made us feel as if she was doing us a favor in fixing the floor. She was rude and questioned us about why we couldn't work around her schedule to rectify the failed install. The installers were here until 9pm because she didn't want her employees to come back another day. It seemed as if we didn't matter because we were just the tenants of the home and not owners. We rent from American Homes 4 Rent. I would definitely not recommend this company to work on an occupied home.

THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE. THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE DOGS, ARE RACIST & UNLAWFULLY FIRE THEM. THEY DO NOT PAY & KEEP THEIR EMPLOYEES HARD EARNED MONEY ONCE THEY FIRE THEM. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
