She clearly has amazing attention to detail, since I was a new client she took a few minutes to inspect and get to know my hair. She listened to what I envisioned for my hair, and asked great questions- then we jumped into the haircut. Her communication is top notch. I was blown away how she was constantly up and down and checking angles. I felt so cared for! Even at the end of the appointment she took the time to show the technique she used for the back of my head (it needed a lot of work!!). I feel so beautiful and confident. Thank you Mara!“
