Carolina Comfort was fantastic. The install team did an amazing job and were incredibly nice. They offered to explain what they were doing and how it worked if I wanted to know more details! I'd be mote than happy to have these guys do work for my house again in the future & highly recommend
I cannot say enough about the high level of professionalism that we have experienced with the Carolina Comfort Air Team! From scheduling the appointment to receiving texts messages as to who our Service Tech will be and the expected arrival time….we actually received another text update stating that he was on his way! This is so unusual today and greatly appreciated. Our Service Tech was Derrick Starnes and immediately he impressed my wife and I with his professionalism and technical skills. He took the time to explain the problem and his quality of work in performing the repair was incredible! We are very pleased with our experience with Carolina Comfort Air!
Tommy and Justin were very professional. They were easy to work with on scheduling and answered all of our questions. The whole process was smooth and everyone from Carolina Comfort who visited our home was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a start-to-finish program that is very comprehensive and includes follow-up for systems.
