First, google user, you've made your point -- and you've spread the word on more than one social media site. Beverly was slammed with business, and rude to you. She apologized. She offered you free services with her apology. She's a woman trying to make a go of her business, and she made a mistake with you. She admits it. And, second -- I'm here to say, it's hard to believe she was rude to anyone -- a gentler and sweeter person would be hard to find. But we all have a snapping point, I guess!
