When our AC started to go out Thursday afternoon Arctic Air was the only company I could find to return my phone call AND send a technician out the next day. When another company finally called back they wouldn’t have been able to send someone out until Monday + their quote was for way more than the one I received from Arctic Air. On Friday, Andrew ended up getting to our house before the time he told us to expect - huge bonus! So glad we found this company!

Arctic Air was able to come out next day to fix our AC and diagnosed the issue within minutes. They had very good customer service as well! I tried calling a large HVAC company and they were going to take days and charge high amounts in diagnostic fees. I am so glad I went with Arctic Air!
