We finished a room in our home that was previously walk in attic storage. Bill and Sean installed ductwork to service the new living space and incorporated it into the existing ductwork that serviced our FROG. They replaced our 1.5 ton heat pump with a larger more efficient 2 ton heat pump so all of the 2nd floor space can be serviced by a single system, avoiding the need for a mini split. Bill was very thorough in determining the correct size heat pump. Service was prompt and professional. Existing floors were covered with drop cloths for protection and all work was neatly done and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Bill & Shawn showed up right on time and went to work replacing a 20 year old unit recently. They had it up and running in no time! We have been using Air Velocity for the last few years and we have always been very pleased. Honest and trustworthy.

Our AC stopped working right before Memorial Day weekend.Bill and Sean came out, diagnosed it, got it working temporarily through the weekend until our new one could be delivered and had it installed ASAP. Their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated during this stressful time and we will continue to use them for years to come.We will always recommend Air Velocity to family and friends with HVAC problems.
