Came here for a delivery, checked in 8hours before the appt. Parked on the hill, and waited for the call. I was the only truck on the premisesThe next day, after a couple of visits to the office, I finally get a call 3hours after the appointment, backed in to a door. A couple more hours pass, more visits to the office, nothing. Towards the end of the day (4:30pm) they unloaded me in 15 minutes.Can’t help but think they could’ve unloaded me in the morning, but being the only truck here had to drag the time to make their work day at the expense of mine.It’s Friday evening. Had a 5pm appointment. Arrived at around 2pm. Thought I give them my #phone and wait for a call. However, they put me in a door right away and buy 4pm was driving off the lot. Very quick, very efficient. Only downside is the space in front of the docks is small and if other truck drivers are in the way, backing in can be extremely difficult. It can also make turning around very difficult as well. Suggestion, its best to park up on the hill and walk down to the docks. Much less hassle. But, of course truck drivers rarely do what's most convenient.
They are actually Tyson foods and like all tyson foods takes forever and ever to load your product if they even have it because they are also known for booking loads and not even Having the product on hand or anywhere near ready to ship.
