I am and have been a subcontractor of this company for several years. Ms Wanda has always treated me well. She has paid her subcontractors for weeks on end before the property managers paid her. She dont tell you that and people don't think about that. She has always been upfront about pay and what is expected of you. She has a strict contact due to the idiots that have worked years before. Each year more restrictions are made to more idiots surfacing every year. Common sense is not common anymore. Subcontractors read the contract and say they understand it but still want to break 4 or more rules that breaks the contract. Not only do u loose your job but you forfeit your last check. I like my work. I like my money that I work for. I follow the rules. Some of these big jobs you wait longer for your pay. You sign a contract saying u understand this, but they do not. Some of these people act like waiting on this pay caused them to be homeless. Let me ask u a question. What did u work at before this 2 or 3 week job started???? What job did you work at after this job ended???? Seems to me you not working before or after caused you these problems. Not waiting on a 10 to 21 day job to pay. What about the other 49 weeks in the year??? Did u work then??? See what I mean... No common sense, idiots, blaming everyone else because they can't work and pay their own bills. Smh Waiting on someone else to it for them.

I am a subcontractor under Wanda's PC Services. In regards to the other 2 reviews. She does not have employees. It is subcontractors. She treats her subcontractors very well if u act professional. No one gets special attention. We r all treated equal. I'm sorry that some subcontractors do not know how to read or follow instructions on their contract. When u r let go you do not get special attention. You do not get paid before anyone else. A subcontractor gets paid when the contractor gets paid. Some subcontractors under this company have been fortunate to get paid when Ms Wanda hasn't been for months, but the ones that complain will not tell u that part. They will also not tell u they don't know how a bank works or that they cannot follow instructions. They surely will not tell u that they understand the contract they signed because they just broke about 6 rules that can forfeit their last check. I'm sorry that the ones that complain have done fell and bumped thir head because they do not know what they r talking about. More of Ms Wanda's subcontractors need to leave thir good review.
