Representative was late, did a very poor job on the carpet. Tried to upsale for more services as opposed to the 3 rooms /$119 special. had his nephew doing the work which he was constantly instructing on what to do! Informed him of our dissatisfaction and he was very rude about it and threaten legal action because I stopped payment and requested a re-clean. SO SORRY THAT i USED THIS SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, EVER!!!!!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
