My Jeep broke down today and they came out and towed me to the dealership. Very friendly; professional; and arrived before estimated time; handled my car with care. Definitely recommend this business.

I use AAA for roadside service and I had a need today in this rainy wet weather on my way on 14 th street Extension, Greenville, N.C. to take my vehicle to Hastings Ford to plug a rear left tire. Within a minutes of leaving my home on Firetower Rd., my dashboard light came on for low tire pressure, right rear tire, it went from 36 psi to11 psi immediately and lucky for me I was near the parking lot of John Paul II Catholic High School. I pulled in front of their exit gate exit area, ( the gate was closed, and I then moved the vehicle to parking spaces on the site per the security personnel ) & then called Hastings Ford to let them know I would be late for my... read full review
