“I would not recommend this company! Our sewer line was backed up. They came out in April to look and fix it. It took them 13 trips to our house and over a month to complete the job the "right way". We could not flush our Toilets until after 9 of those trips(2 weeks later). They finally found out it was the sewer line. But it took them multiple trip to find the line. We live in China Grove. The line was only 60ft to the road. They dug up our yard like it had land mines everywhere even through i told them where the line was and the path it took. Finally when they found it(multiple trips later). They use a tractor to dig it up. They destroyed several spindles on my porch. And i had to remove part of my porch(i had to cut it off of the porch, me not them) so they could use their tractor. A mini excavator was the right tool for the job. They thought it was a good idea to come back and cover it 2 days after it rained for 3 straight days. They did a terrible job covering it up. We had to complaint multiple times before to get done right. I had huge holes, drop offs, and ruts everywhere. They cut the water line when hunting for the sewer line. Put a shut off valve to fix it. Even though i asked them not to(just fix the cut). They put the access cover 7 inches below the ground around it. So it would fill with water. Then covered it with dirt. I had to uncover it. My girlfriend called to complain they told her there was nothing to fix. I called and they said they would send someone out. Imply what you will about that. Mind you this job cost $7000 to do. They said we could've a great discount of $150 if they did not have to come back and fix the yard or raise the access for the unwanted shut off value. We said NO. Fix it make it right. They finally came to fix it and i asked one of there workers if they would want their yard left the way they left my yard and they said "no". Instead of bring equipment that could level and grade the yard they did it with shovels. Which took the whole 4 person company to do. We tried to give them an out 3 trips in. We said this looks over your head. Its ok the say so. We will pay you for what you have done. They said they were sure they could do it. I was afraid i was going to have to take them to court. We got no apologies for how the job went. They would not even take responsibility there poor work. I had to tell them if you don’t fix it you will not get paid. It was that bad. Unprofessional to say the least. I would not trust the "Master Plummer" with a leaky garden hose. Do your research check the Better Businesses Bureau. Hindsight we should have fired them 3 trips in. It was a very standard repair that became a nightmare.“
