Our beloved Scooter, who we have had for nearly 18 years, passed away last Tuesday. I called Pet Heaven several times and Josh and Mark were kind, compassionate, and were very helpful answering many questions. I just received Scooters ashes and there was a beautiful note included. Thank you very much for making a terrible situation, less terrible. I highly recommend Pet Heaven.
