We visit Cherokee several times a year but have never tried the spa until now. It's a lovely facility - very clean, up to date decor. There's a locker room for belongings, spaces to shower with spa products. Another space has a hot tub with heated stone chairs for lounging and a sauna, a co-ed shared indoor relaxation area with drinks, snacks and fireplace. Then an outdoor patio creekside with plenty of comfy lounge furniture. I got a Balinese massage, Matt was the masseus and was incredible, highly recommend. The experience was private and comfortable. I had the best massage I ever had on Tuesday May 7th. I chose the fire and ice massage also a hair and scalp treatment. My services were performed by Rhoda and she knocked it out of the park!! We spoke at the start of my treatment for about 5-10 minutes and then she respected my time to relax and unwind. I then spent a few hours just hanging around. The outdoor area was a huge treat. I jumped into a cabana bed and enjoyed the fresh air. The warm chase lounge chairs and hot tub area is beautifu! THANK YOU RHODA FOR A GREAT DAY!
I enjoy the spa on every trip to Cherokee, because my husband gambles , and I don’t.
I had my second massage with Anneshia, (last one back in Sept) and she is literally the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is so great, I enjoy deep tissue, and she really works my muscles!
The spa is so relaxing, clean and an all around nice experience. Everyone who works there is very polite and helpful. I only wish the outside patio at the spa would be open, as it’s been closed since I started coming here in 2021. Not sure why.
The relaxing tea lounge is lovely though. Highly recommend!
