I worked alongside Sherri for several months when one of her major clients sold a business through our firm. Her Charlotte based business client was acquired by a national Private Equity firm. The Private Equity firm employed several accounts/CPA's who reviewed the books from top to bottom. They were very impressed with the level of detail and professionalism they found.
