The Whitley represented me in a personal injury case. Initially the insurance company fior the property owner was only going to pay medical expenses but nothing for my pain and suffering. But due to the hard work, negotiations and tenacity of Attorney Ryan McCollum and Nikki Ownes the Litigation Case Manager they got me a fair and just settlement. Ms. Owens kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to reach an agreeable settlement quicker than I expected.
