I've come here over a decade and still have the best experience. A clean environment. Clean washers and dryers. I finally used the drop service for a huge cleaning I needed after a my closet flooded... *eeek* and they took everything washed and folded everything as well as made sure my delicates were not damaged. I definitely will be using that service again! Franky is awesome !!!

This has been one of my favorite laundry mats/Dry cleaners since first moving to Charlotte in 2004. Its right next to a Family Dollar so if you run out of soap or want snacks you can buy your supplies there, or just buy the little boxes from the machine (snacks too). The washers and dryers work really well.

Good customer service. The lady at the counter greets me with a smile and when I haven't been in in a while she seems to miss me.that makes me feel good as a customer. I'm glad that she remembers me as I'm an infrequent customer. She is always so pleasant. Everyone that I've encountered while there has been pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and the units are always available and in good repair. There are several televisions to keep you occupied while doing your laundry.
