We hired Alex and his team to install hardwood floors in 3 of our 4 main floor bedrooms that we did not have done when we closed on our home. It couldn't have been a better experience working with them. They came out when they said they would for the estimate, provided a full quote via email the next day, and we had a team scheduled to do the work within a few weeks. All the carpet was torn out in less than half a day, and floors were installed, sanded, and poly coated within the same week. Victory team matched the wood floors to perfection. Alex and his team replaced our third floor stairs and carpet with hardwood to match the rest of the house. They did a great job and accomplished everything according to the time-frames they gave. He was also very responsive throughout the process and did a great job communicating with us. We have gotten many compliments on our new floor :) . Would definitely recommend Alex and his team
