The paramedic working here was competent and professional. That's the only positive comment I can make. Approach this place with caution. They keep coming back in the room with more tests they want to do and how much each will charge. I asked not to be given a certain antibiotic, only to be told I would have to pay for diagnostic testing if I wanted a different one. Should have left right then, but I went by their "protocol" and sure enough had an allergic reaction and had to receive additional medical care at another place. They also charged a $9 fee for EACH prescription they sent over to the pharmacy.

I'd rather die than return to this urgent care facility! The lack of empathy for the hour long wait was a red flag as well as the exaggerated height of the countertop where the rude receptionist could hide her miserable attitude and burnout behind should've been been enough to indicate I should seek competent medical assistance elsewhere. During my ridiculously long wait (for an appointment I booked online for a specific time) I witnessed this woman treat everyone who entered like a personal burden. When I was finally taken to a room - I was left there for an additional 20 minutes with no explanation, apology or thank you for my patience. When I was seen - I wasn't listened to or heard and was prescribed the very antibiotic I explained to the NP that didn't work for me. While checking out I asked if I could ask the NP another question to which I was asked rudely by the receptionist "what do you want to ask her?!" therefore forcing me to (in quiet the waiting room in front of the 2 people waiting) share my personal question to which this rude receptionist replied "Go to a gynecologist". when I inquired about a 24hr pharmacy this woman (who keep in mind works at an urgent care clinic) responded - no I don't know of one off the top of my head. I am beyond disgusted at the lack of professionalism and empathy and would rather succumb to whatever ails me than walk into that miserable hellhole again.

Don't go here. Just memorize the fact that all the other urgent care's in town close at 8pm. And make up your mind before 8pm as to how sick you are!We came some time between 9 and 10. There seemed to be one family ahead. The place is new, so the waiting room looks nice. But no one was at the front desk to greet us. Nor did they come for several minutes. Not a friendly greeting either. Bare minimum communication. They don't introduce themselves, their name, nor their role/credentials.Next, we waited...and waited....A giant roach crawled up the wall and then down again. My friend was able to kill it for them on it's way back down. (By the way, the over-flowing medical garbage in two RESIDENTIAL size garbage cans out back, should have been first clue to cleanliness problems. I think you're supposed to cough up and order proper sized garbage cans so your MEDICAL garbage isn't over-flowing onto the street.) We asked about every 40 minutes, how much longer. Finally, a young woman gave an honest answer and said about 45 minutes more. Next, the family ahead of us left from the back, unseen! They had a significant cut, but couldn't stand the waiting any more. So, I became number one on queue. Finally, they came and got me and took us back.Oh, somewhere in there, I asked if they had ice chips. I was there for nausea and vomiting. I knew I was getting dehydrated and that ice chips would be one thing I could keep down. No, they don't have ice and nor was I offered anything else such as soda or even water.Back in the room, the worker introduced herself by name but not by credentials. She was nice and helpful. A male came later. He did not introduce himself, was not friendly, and was not patient. He had an edge in his voice more than once including saying impatiently and cutting off the end of my sentence to say "so, what do you want to do next?!" without even giving me one moment to collect my thoughts and consider my options. Yuk. How rude! You're dealing with a sick person who feels like shit! Could you be even slightly kind/patient?! I learned by the way, one was a nurse, and one was actually a paramedic. No doctor; no PA (physician's assistant). By this point, I had not eaten in about 10 hours and was cold. If fact I was starting to shiver. I asked for a blanket. You got it, they have no blankets. Wow! An urgent care center with no blanket. Shudder to think what would happen if someone came in bottoming out form a diabetic problem or some other event that was putting someone in nearly a state of shock and they can't even cover the patient with a blanket. Wow! The worker had some explanation about their washer machine being broken. Really? I thought it was a brand new business. Please either cough up for blankets or for a washer machine or whatever. Luckily I had brought my own towel in case I puked in the car. So, I covered myself with my own towel! On a positive note, I will say, the female worker, who was the paramedic, did an excellent job drawing my blood and was respectful and kind to me in the exam room. That is all I can say for this place that would not be negative. Oh, and they had no idea which pharmacy in town is open all night. Shouldn't you bother to research that if you are going to operate the only all night urgent care center in town? Just sayin'...I can honestly say I felt worse leaving this place than when I came in, because I was more cold, hungry, nauseated, exhausted and dehydrated than 2 hours before. But, I got what I came for, anti-nausea pills. As I said, don't go here. Decide how sick you are before 8pm and go to some other urgent care in town when there are several of them still open!
