Had a wonderful sales consultation with Brett. He went through all the details of the window make up, functionality, durability, and warranties. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all the questions we had.
Love my five new windows especially my kitchen window which used to be 2 side by side windows with grids. The new slider recommended by sales rep made opening look 2x the size! The sales rep was able to offer discounts unlike their competitor who wanted to charge same price for 2 windows vs UWD 5 windows!
Beyond impressed with Universal Windows and all their representatives! Had done some leg work & they had great reviews for product quality & customer service. Found them in person at a recent home show and they did not disappoint! Their process to get an in-home detailed assessment, product samples, and quote was efficient and expedient. Most impressed of all by their in-home sales rep, Will Troesken who was forthright, transparent and helpful beyond measure in assisting us to hone in on what would best meet our needs.
