I discovered true rest while researching for a place to treat my mom to for mothers day last year. She loved it so much and appreciated it that I gifted it again for her birthday a few weeks ago. The staff was lovely as usual, the place is clean, quite, and low-key. Definitely recommend.

Omg I don’t even know where to start with the benefits of the float spa. Skin is clearer, metabolism is regulated, sleep…. SLEEP is sooooo good now! Every time I go, Sam provides the best customer service and assistance! I love it here. Get the membership, it’s worth it!

This evening, my wife and I went to experience the True Rest Float Spa in Charlotte. Ya'll...it was AMAZING! Pure relaxation and serenity. We're definitely going to go back again!! The (included) Oxygen Bar afterwards was off the charts cool. Complete rejuvenation and we both left there astonished at how great we felt. If you're in Charlotte or you can find one in your neck 'o the woods then I definitely highly recommend you treat yourself!
