Shaina is a miracle worker. So knowledgeable and intuitive. In just a few sessions I am already feeling better as she was able to target hormonal imbalances and symptoms associated. 25+ years of back spasms fixed!! I have tried dry needling, massage, PT and reflexology to fix a recurring injury in my upper back. Shaina explained it make take many visits, however the treatment almost resolved the issue after one session. After just a few more sessions the muscle is almost back to normal. I’m aware this is not the norm but her level of knowledge in the acupuncture field was amazing. The place is very private, super clean, and I felt extremely welcomed. I highly recommend True North. I am a former National cyclist, avid cyclist now. Thank you!!
