    Its been my experience that the client interaction, outside of initial contact and setting up everything, is weak. Could be they're just not geared toward smaller companies, like mine. Still to be determined. Haven't really seen any benefit from anything that has been done up to now and we're closing in on a year with them soon. The service has improved in recent months and I actually feel like they have put some more focused and attentive people in place that are actually making a difference. Things are looking better currently.
