I love the valet service. I love being able to have a card on file on the app to pay before I arrive. The tracking of the process of where they’re at with your clothes is phenomenal. I recommend to everyone who do a lot of professional laundering of clothes.

The service overall is great. The speed of the service, most of all, is impressive. However, the one thing that knocked me.off my perch (and no fault of Tide Cleaners), was the cost of getting my 6 shirts laundered. I was astonished by the cost. While I appreciate the convenience, I'm not sure if I'll be quick to bring my shirts again. Almost $4 a shirt. It may take some time, but I'll be itoning my own shirts going forward. It'll have to be extreme circumstances that I use Tide Cleaners (or any other Cleaners) anytime soon.
