My Havanese has been groomed here several times. She looks and smells wonderful when I pick her up. Most importantly, she is not at all nervous to go there and seems to enjoy the experience. The staff is always very nice. I am able to request appointments online. They call to confirm and send a reminder text. I would absolutely recommend this business to a friend.

My pups had been seeing the same groomer for 5 years until just a couple weeks ago when I moved to Charlotte. I was worried about leaving them with someone new since both are rescues and have quirks because of that. Xander groomed Lucy my Pomeranian and did an awesome job! He also bathed and blew dried Ricky my Papillon! Very happy and have already scheduled my next grooming appointment...

The Wow Factor gave us a very good first experience. Very responsive and polite to our calls and questions, and we appreciated the text reminders and the reasonable price. Our little girl was so soft, nicely groomed, and happy at pick up. Saturday hours are a huge plus as well.
