I have dealt with these ppl for about a year. Every single time there has been a issue. First the problem was one of her employees wanted to know if I had a problem with her (she didn’t speak to us so I didn’t say anything to her ) I’m not from Charlotte NEVER met the girl. I’m a quiet private person I don’t talk a lot socially but I’m very specific. The employees was talking about going out and drinking. I’m in recovery I don’t drink I’ve been sober for 4 years so I stayed quiet got my hair done paid and left. Another time a AMATEUR stylist messed up my daughter’s hair so bad I had to bring her back and Crystal agreed to fix it. Other times I would drop my daughter off just to avoid the drama and come back and see her sitting up front with her hair half done waiting for a stylist hours after her appointment started. The last issue was during Covid highs I had just lost my grandma, my aunt, and my uncle to Covid and one of the braiders dropped a blow dryer comb on the floor and was going to put it right back a little girls wet head until I said can you wipe that off before putting it back in her hair and she did it but with attitude. They was so unprofessional and ghetto I swore I wasn’t going back I switched to a AMAZING stylist downtown that is FIRE but my daughter didn’t know and Accidentally calls in to The weave shop to make her own appointment and forgot to put a deposit down so I just went with it and went to the weave shop bc they didn’t return my call like she said wasn’t picking up. Barney comes out and said we are not going to service you anymore bc you make us uncomfortable I was like how I be with my kid she said you told the girl to wipe off the blow dryer and it made her uncomfortable. I said that’s the truth I’m sorry I’m straightforward and honest but why do you care if I like you or not that has nothing to do with business. This is no way to handle a business it’s grossly unprofessional. if you go anywhere else they don’t care if you chat them up as long as you pay at the end but at the end of the day theses people felt intimidated by me for whatever reason and are OBVIOUSLY dealing with their own insecurities bc you don’t operate a business based on relationships ITS ABOUT THE $$$$ in a REAL professional atmosphere business and personal relationships don’t mix… they simply did what cowards do they linked together against one person to uphold a bobas situation bc they FEEL threatenedWhen the truth is I was never a threat nor threatening.This is for anyone THINKING about trying them out…DON’T!!!✌🏽💯
