My husband and I hired the Novak Group to design and renovate our 1970s kitchen and laundry area. This included knocking down two walls, adding windows through brick, moving the electrical panel and updating wiring throughout, changing the footprint of the kitchen and moving plumbing lines for laundry. Not only did his team do an amazing job, he completed the project on time and budget. I worked with the Novak Group to turn four rooms into one large room and couldn't be happier with the result. He worked with me to let me perform some of the work myself to save some money and he was clear on the constraints and upfront with cost. His colleague Ellen was on site for most days to coordinate. As with any large project there were a few miscommunications, but always addressed in a short amount of time. Would use again and recommend to others. Some of his competitors were equally good and they provided more hand-holding and personal attention, but they all charged for their time, so make sure you find a contractor that fits your needs.

The Novak Group came to our house and gave us 100% professional service from the very beginning. Senior management evaluated our situation and formulated an effective strategy to not only get us back to where we were, but instead moved us way ahead. They are on your side if dealing with an insurance claim. They offer tremendous quality, value and unparalleled customer service and satisfaction. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied.
