The Loving Group

I purchased a home by DR Horton. Loving group did the landscaping. Under warranty DR Horton helped with a bush that died and a tree. I unfortunately had bad luck with the tree replacement and DR Horton said that I was out of warranty. Very frustrated with them, I happened to stop by the shop and found it to be closed. Frustrated more, I knocked anyway because there was a car there. TR, the manager there, actually answered the door. He was awesome and said he would fix my tree problem. I can't say enough about customer service like that. My new tree was installed and is beautiful. TR made my whole experience with this so much better. Thank you TR for your help.
