The Invigory-WaverlyI was fortunate to meet Owner…Brian, the other day. It was important that I share with him: thanks to the incredible Staff at this location my medical conditions (lung disease/autoimmune issues) have held up strongly well in an environment & time of winter virus/bacteria. Manager, Lauren, is a fountain of information. I am grateful.

Since I started going to the invigory in Waverly the staff has always been courteous and informative.I've tried everything from the infrared sauna, to the salt room, and the cryotherapy (which really helps die down sore muscles and reduce inflammation); All of which have helped me manage my chronic pain and lung issues.The i.v. treatments have also been helpful in getting my hydration back on track and infusing nutrient straight to the body without having to go through the digestive tract.They also have done plenty of renovations to bring in new services like their photobiomodulation ( I think I spelled that right ) which is an interesting use of different light waves...read full review

What a way to start 2024!Since joining in late of 2023, this place has been INCREDIBLY consistent!You can feel the welcomeness from the moment you walk through the doors.An amazing and knowledgeable line up of staff goes a very long way.All of them WANT to help you recover and re-balance yourself
