    Love working with the great team at Southpark! The facility is always clean, the team is vigilant in sanitizing the equipment after each use..I’ve seen a marked improvement in my tone and strength. The trainers always strike a good balance of encouraging you to challenge yourself and respecting whatever aches you might be experiencing that day. They help me to love it even on the days I don’t want to do it! Tal has been extremely patient and has given me great guidance. Brian and Kevin have been extremely helpful as I’ve recovered from a minor surgery and had to ease back into training. Two years in I see and feel a big difference in my tone, strength and mobility.

    Love this place. Really liking the 20 min workout idea. No running or jumping of any kind which works well with my bad knees that have no ACL.

    Customized one on one training for 20 minutes that makes you feel as though you have worked out for an hour- for any age and current physical state. A great environment where you are encouraged, nudged, and monitored. I highly recommend this!
