Teen Health Connection, a facility of Carolinas Medical Center

had a great first experience at this clinic today. Front desk were very pleasant and professional. We did not have more than a minutes wait, and Christie was very personable, professional and made us very comfortable.

Not really a fan of the two front desk ladies. They don’t even greet you! (They’ll pick and choose who they greet.) My family and I have been coming to this location a while now and I must say those two make our experience horrible each time. They definitely should of kept the older lady there. Definitely looking for a new practice.

By far the BEST!!! The extended services and caring professionals is by far my best interaction with medical professionals. The entire staff was accommodating and smiles throughtout the office. As a parent, all questions were encouraged and answered. Education on ailment was provided. They went above and beyond their services when they learned my family was involved in a house fire. Brought me to tears! All staff introduced themselves very warmly. We didnt feel lost or left in the process. Great response from phone appointment until we were walkout with staff.
