Generally helpful team, got my taxes straitened out. I had a complication on my taxes and it wasn’t properly explained to me. When I called in to go over the issue instead of helping explain/fix the issue I was told by Laura “well you signed the return I don’t know what else you want”. I work in finance and if my clients don’t understand a contract they signed I don’t say “tough luck you signed it dummy” I say “oh I’m sorry for the confusion x y and z is what’s happening here”
