Two ladies from Synergy came to my home to help me following my knee replacement. They instantly made me feel very comfortable! They helped me with my PT exercises ensuring I was doing them correctly, fixed my breakfast and lunch, helped me shower, changed my sheets, and did other light housekeeping chores. They were always positive and made my recovery much easier. Thank you Katherine and Ms. B!
Working with Synergy was very easy from the start. The staff showed great patience and understanding as I navigated through a whole new world. Ultimately, the level of care my mom needs requires full-time memory care facility and we very recently stopped using Synergy’s services. All the nurses we used were professional, came on-time and if there was a problem, they communicated that efficiently and effectively.
