Not dependable from a scheduling standpoint they keep u waiting for hours and days finally quit calling.

I came here to seek some help with anxiety. I met with Dr. White who ensured me that I was in good hands. After we went through this weird strength test which felt like total scam, he then asked me,”how well off are you?” which should’ve been a huge red flag. He then proceeded to load me down with “supplements” and had me taking 26 pills a day. The total cost for my visit was over $400. Scam.At the first visit, Ms. Fodel met, discussed health issues, and issued $400 worth of supplements.After reviewing the cost and our budget, we realized that $480/month was not affordable.After calling and explaining the situation, Synergy promised to issue a refund for all unused supplements.After returning $100 worth of supplements, we were surprised to receive a refund in the amount of $24 the following week.When we called for an explanation, the office said, "since you received a discounted office visit for purchasing supplements, we deducted the discounted office visit rate from the refund of your supplements."Steer clear of this place.
