Luisa is such a boss queen! Everyone in there knows exactly what they’re doing. They’re so meticulous, detail oriented and GENTLE!!! Parking is 10/10, location is 10/10, service 10/10. This is THE place to go. So happy they’re now in South End but I would make the drive to Matthews if I had to. Cannot say enough good things about this place!!
Gabriella was so amazing! I went for a Brazilian wax and she was so precise and very caring. She made sure I was okay through out the process. I left feeling so refreshed! Will be back again for more!
